All placemats and coasters in the Pimpernel collection are made using an unrivalled layering system with a cork base, hardwood middle, fantastic design, and protective, hard-wearing surface.
Designed for everyday living, our placemats and coasters are resistant to normal household stains and withstand temperatures up to 100°C, do not place dishes taken from a hot oven directly onto this product.
They are not suitable for use as chopping / cutting boards.
We recommend that you clean placemats and coasters with a damp sponge and dry with a soft cloth. Do not immerse in water or put in a dishwasher.
The backs of the mats should also be wiped clean and allowed to dry thoroughly before stacking and storing.
Placemats and coasters should not be stored in strong light as this can affect the colours in the decoration.
