Candy Thermometers
A candy thermometer, also known as a sugar thermometer, jam thermometer or deep fry thermometer is a cooking thermometer used to measure the temperature of a cooking sugar solution or oil. They go higher in temperature than a cooking thermometer. Usually they come with a handy clip to attach to your pot.
