  • 1 to 2 tbsp Taco Bout Tasty Seasoning – The Spice Age (adjust to taste)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup corn (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup canned red beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 lime (juice for avocado cream)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Toppings: shredded cheese, chopped fresh cilantro, crushed tortilla chips (optional)
