This 14 inch lightweight carbon steel wok has a flat base and is suitable for high heat cooking on gas, electric and ceramic ovens.  Constructed of 1.4 mm gauge carbon steel which offers great heat conduction.  This wok should not go in the dishwasher.  Hand washing is recommended.
